From June 13th to July 27th 2018, 150 judges who were selected by the Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS), read and scored thousands of entries submitted by the young writers from around the Commonwealth, who participated in the 2018 Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition.

Ms. Michelle N. Samuel, Founder of SLUDTERA, and Head Organizer of Startup Huddle St. Lucia, has been invited to sit on an international panel to discuss the topic “Building Communities Around the Entrepreneur”. Also sitting on the panel will be Asif Iqbal, Kim Lane and Yuval Yarden, to name a few. Some key points which will be discussed relate to what the Entrepreneurial community is like in each panelist’s country or city, how have the GEN programs been implemented, and what impact they have had.

SLUDTERA would like to inform its readers and followers that Michelle N. Samuel, St. Lucian YLAI Professional Fellow, returns ready to teach Entrepreneurship. Having attended the YLAI Entrepreneurship Ecosystems Everywhere Initiative or EEE Initiative, which was held in Montego Bay, Jamaica from December 3rd to the 6th, 2019, at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa, she now has the necessary tools required to teach Entrepreneurship in St. Lucia.
